I
completed this painting while barricaded in my studio,
weathering Hurricane George.
Along the
East coast , sand dunes has been build up, then
planted and protected for a few years, the time
plants fix their roots. The little paths in V shape leading to
the beach and the precious patch of sea-grass and
bush of sea-grappes look like heart. Like precious,
fragile intimate garden exposed to the big outside
See
also version one, really almost the same, but smaller and
painted in more clement weather!
