Hello,Your
work is so nice to look at, I am an emerging artist in NYC and I
was at Ralphel Oblienski's solo art show last week.
It was at the Polish embassy mansion on Madison Ave. I am friends
with surrealist Obienski, his show was very exciting. I walked around
the mansion and met independent flim director's, actors and a lot
of interesting people. After visiting the bar for wine I went to
the third floor and discovered a painting of yours. I was not sure
of the title and when asked someone they responded in Polish, so
being an Italian from Queens I had no idea of what was said.
It looks like it is from you're "Love
Rising" collection. How many of these paintings did
you create and what gallery did you show and sell this work out
of? What do you think of the NYC art scene as compared to S.Florida?
If you have time visit my website www.Fasanomurals.com Thanks for this
website I enjoy viewing your work. Johnny Fasano NYC MURAL

Pierre Marcel: I see that you made your way down to Miami
Beach (Joe's Murals), so I imagine that by now you have an idea
of the poverty of the South Beach Art Scene: It is all about networking,
going out late, night-clubbing, VIP lounging, and above all being
very cheap. That why, absolutely bored by that, I rather live now
in the Cow-shit smelling French country side. At least, I can work
seriously on my painting, with the only inconvenient that in this
seriously retarded corner of Normandie and Ile de France, (Guerny
and Saint Clair sur Epte) there are no riches to buy any art, (French
riches anyway are the most un-useful riches of the whole world)
and no ADSL to look at conveniently to your web site that I find
a little long to download !
Best, Pierre
