Story:  Jacques Olivier, the creator of "Subject To Change Inc", our decorative painting business, left South Beach for upstate New York in 1993.  I painted this for him as a gift to feed his nostalgia and thank him for bringing me here.  Now I am the one who is anchored here (since 1986), in the Art Deco District, for better or for worse. In fact, like most all of South Beach, I am still waiting for the long promised high tides!
